Sisig rice bake is a trending dish in the Philippines today. It is a fusion between Pinoy sisig and Japanese sushi. The dish contains Nora's specialty sisig in a bed of sushi flavoured rice layered with ground pork crackling, onions, capsicum, crumbed seaweed, sesame seeds, chilis and special sauce.
